Electric vibrator motor of series WEV

general features Webac WEV Series:

  • Power supply: standard threephase 230/400V, 50Hz. Threephase 42 to 690V, 50/60 Hz on request.
  • Operating temperature: -30° to +40° C to ensure correct operation.
  • Mechanical protection: IP 66
  • Designed for continuous duty with 100% centrifugal force.
  • Oversized shaft from highly resistant steel.
  • Special execution bearings, for continuous operation at 100% CF.
  • Labyrinth system for grease seal. Ensures LONG LIFE lubrication with possibility to reapply grease.

The Webac series WEV series of vibrator motors features a high degree of efficiency coupled with a small profile yet extremely robust cross section. Webac vibrator motors are produced with the most modern production techniques available. They exceed the strictest requirements on efficiency, reliability and longevity.

The vibrators are available in 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-pole design.
 
Standard voltage 230/400 V; vibrators for special voltages (for instance 500 V) are available.
 
Protection class IP 66 and insulation class F apply to all vibrators.

DC motor

general features:

    The DC motors of the series WEV 12/24 E are designed to be installed inside machines and appliances requiring the generation of vibrations of up to 50 Hz caused by small centrifugal forces.
     
    These motors are of the 12 V or 24 V DC type.
     
    They are characterised by their small constructional design and small mass and by their high starting torque in combination with a low starting current.
    Their aluminum housings allow for high efficiency and good heat dissipation.
    In addition, the DC motors of the series WEV 12/24 E stand out due to their remarkable low-noise operation.
     
    The motors of the series WEV 12/24 E must not be operated in areas exposed to explosion hazards.
    They are dust and splash-proof according to IP65 pursuant to EN 60529 (VDE 0470 /DIN IEC 34, part 5).
     
    The vibrator motors can be mounted and operated in any position required.
     
    It is possible to adjust the centrifugal force generated by the vibrator motors in relatively small steps by changing the position of the eccentric disks placed on the motor shaft.

    WEBAC vibrator motors are characterised by their high effectiveness in combination with small, but resistant cross-sections ensuring a long service life. They are manufactured with the most modern production technologies available and exceed the strictest requirements on efficiency and reliability. The vibrator motors are electro-mechanic unbalance exciters featuring adjustable counterweights (balancing disks) attached to the ends of the motor shaft. There is a wide range of motor versions available ranging from 750 to 3.000 m-1. They are designed for continuous operation under most demanding conditions with minimum need of maintenance work.

    Electric vibrator motor of series Micro WM

    general features:

    • Power supply: Three-phase from 24V to 480C, 50Hz or 60 Hz. Single-phase from 100V to 130V, 50Hz or 60Hz, and from 200V to 240V, 50Hz or 60Hz.
    • Centrifugal force: Can be adjusted from 0 to the maximum value indicated.
    • Mechanical protection: IP 65
    • Ambient temperature: From -30° to +40° C to ensure correct operation.
    • Lubrication: Long-life maintenance-free type bearings.
    • Operation: Continuous service at the maximum centrivugal force and electric poer indicated.
    • Casing: Highly resistant light aluminum alloy with surface polishing treatment, stainless steel weight covers.

    Webac WM Micro vibrator motors are made of high-strength light aluminium alloy. Like all Webac motors, the WM series of vibrator motors is produced with the most modern production technologies available and exceed the strictest requirements on efficiency and reliability.

    Amongst others, Webac WM motors are used in the food-processing, pharmaceutical and packaging industry.
