Pneumatic ball vibrators

Compressed-Air Ball Vibrators Model UCV and BD

  • No bearings
  • Wear resisting
  • Continuously adjustable
  • Maintenance-free
  • Small weight
  • Small mounting dimensions
  • High frequency
  • Simple design
  • Running without lubrication and filter

The ball vibrators stand out due to their powerful vibration, long life cycle, and high operational reliability. Type UCV allows to be applied with temperatures up to 400°C. The ball vibrator starts without any delay, does not require any lubrication, and is self-cleaning. Type BD is made of light metal die casting and is available in three sizes.Being the only moving part, a steel ball is driven by compressed air at an extraordinarily high velocity on a hardened ball-running surface. This way, the ball generates strong high-frequency vibrations propagating in all directions. After its assembly, this vibrator keeps on working without any maintenance for many years.

Pneumatic ball vibrator of series VK

  • High frequencies and fine amplitudes
  • Fast start
  • In finitely variable
  • Maintenance-free
  • Very low wear
  • Works with oil-free or lubricated air
  • Simple construction

Inside the ball vibrator of type VK, a ball rolls onto ground ball-running paths and creates high frequencies and subtle oscillation amplitudes. The ball and the drop-forged and ground ball-running paths are hardened to 62 HRC and have a very long service life due to minimised wear. A dirty environment or slightly contaminated compressed air does not have any influence on its functionality. The ball vibrator of type VK is self-cleaning and maintenance-free and can be operated in vertical position with oil-free as well as slightly oiled compressed air.
