- Generates high centrifugal forces and large amplitudes
- No over-running
- Continuously adjustable
- Maintenance-free
- Low wear
- Oil mist lubrication
- Simple design
Roller vibrator VR features a steel roller, which rotates on ground roller paths and generates high centrifugal forces and large amplitudes. The steel roller and the drop-forged and ground roller paths are hardened to 62 HRC and, as a result of their moderate wear, attain long lifetimes.
A dirty environment or slightly contaminated compressed air does not have any effect on its functionality.
The roller vibrator of type VR is self-cleaning, maintenance-free and operates in its vertical position with slightly oiled compressed air.
